Sombody's in trouble...: Motorola wins Xbox 360 patent lawsuit, console import ban possible
A US International Trade Commission judge has today ruled that the Xbox 360 does indeed infringe 4 of those 5 patents. That ruling will be reviewed by a six-member commission, and if they agree, the Xbox 360 could face an import ban. That won’t happen until August 23, but would be a major blow for Microsoft’s games business if it went that far.
